先到管理工具->服务，将“windows time”服务停止并设为手动启动。
打开虚拟机内的注册表，找到
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VBoxService项下的ImagePath键，将其值修改为system32\VBoxService.exe –disable-timesync
- 虚拟机重启一下，再调整日期。
