15代酷睿将采用Intel 3工艺 核显性能堪比RTX 3060|英特尔|处理器|显卡|rtx_网易订阅
芯研所9月22日消息，代号为Arrow Lake的15代酷睿预计将于2024年面世，采用3D Foveros封装。CPU模块将会使用20A工艺，这是首款埃米级的CPU工艺，支持RibbonFET和PowerVia两项技术，每瓦性能将提升约15％。
采用3nm工艺的15代酷睿，将会大幅提升GPU性能。相比12代酷睿最多的96组Xe单元，14代酷睿原定的192组Xe单元，15代酷睿则直接提升到了最多320组Xe单元，相当于2560个流处理器单元。再结合Intel明年将进行的GPU架构升级，15代酷睿的3D Mark TS跑分最高可能突破10000分。这样的性能表现将会超过RTX 3060，达到中端独立显卡的水平。
