微软首席执行官纳德拉接受媒体采访时称，他对公司完成动视-暴雪收购“很有信心”。

这桩价值687亿美元的并购是游戏行业有史以来最大规模的收购行动，使案值127亿美元的Take-Two/Zynga并购案相形见绌，同时也招致监管部门的注意。英国竞争及市场管理局在索尼的鼓噪下已开启第二阶段审查，研究该收购是否会导致PlayStation平台失去竞争力。

纳德拉对此表示淡定：“任何达此规模的收购都会引发审查，但我们非常非常自信，能通过审查。”

他指出微软在游戏行业里只能排到第四或第五，索尼才是这块地盘的老大，以竞争之名反对收购，实则害怕竞争：“不是担心缺少竞争吗，那就让我们真刀真枪比试一番。”
