9月22日，就新一代理想ONE命名为理想L8，理想汽车官方社区发布致车主公开信，对理想ONE车主关心的问题作出说明：售后保障方面，将原厂售后零配件的生产与供应保障提高至自停产后不少于12年。理想ONE车主将享受和新车型同样的售后服务，享有首任车主终身质保权益的用户不受任何影响。软件保障方面，理想将持续提供OTA升级服务。数据服务方面，理想将在原有基础上，追加赠予三年每月20G的免费流量。
