Hi. I downloaded and am trying Fire Toolbox. After un-registering my Fire HD 10 9th Generation, There is a banner on the home screen telling me to register my tablet. Can Fire Toolbox remove this banner? I tried to attach a screenshot but this forum is telling me that 2.86 MB is too large? Thanks for your help. Tom
Hi and welcome to XDA!

There was/is no need to unregister with Amazon before running Toolbox.

Chances are, from what you describe, you've already been updated to the new firmware (v7.3.2.3). It's too bad you didn't discover this thread before that firmware came out.

That banner will disappear when you replace the launcher (which the new firmware makes sub-optimal), or re-register your tablet. If you want any Amazon services like Prime or Shop Amazon, your'e going to need re-register.

That's a pretty large picture file. Usually, my screenshots are ~15 KB .jpg files. You must have been trying to upload a .png or some other format with little compression.

My suggestion to you is to run Toolbox on your tablet without removing any Amazon services first. (Don't run the Manage Amazon Apps subtool yet.) Set up everything you want to run and make sure it's all working, including re-registering your tablet with Amazon if you're going to use any of their services. THEN, run the Manage Amazon Apps subtool. I would suggest using the Manual (Simple) tab in that subtool and disable only those services that you know you don't want, paying attention to the information window in the tool when you select each item to disable. The window includes descriptions of each item and the affects of removing it. They're color-coded, so if it's red, you probably want to leave it alone, and if it's yellow, you'll need to decide if it will affect other things that you might want.

If you need any help, that's what we're here for.
