就医和锻炼
身体不舒服，需要及时就医，不能拖，拖久了可能出大问题。
同样的情况适用于适当锻炼，有大量的材料可以证明锻炼身体的重要性，但还是没有执行，就说明有很大问题。
理解和执行
理解了就要执行，没理解也要执行，在执行中逐步理解。
思考的深度和执行之间的关系，需要再进行思考。
