百度全资控股集度汽车 吉利退出
财经网科技6月30日讯，据天眼查App显示，6月28日，集度汽车有限公司发生工商变更，吉利旗下上海华普汽车有限公司退出股东行列，百度关联公司达孜县百瑞翔创业投资管理有限责任公司持股比例升至100%。
此外，该公司法定代表人由夏一平变更为梁志祥，同时夏一平卸任董事兼总经理职务。
