记者从知情人士处获悉，集度汽车将转红筹架构，为下一步的资本运作做准备。目前，集度汽车的运营主体没有变，百度和吉利的合作关系也没有变。6月28日，集度汽车发生工商变更，浙江吉利控股集团关联公司上海华普汽车退出，百度关联公司持股比例上升至100%。对此，百度、吉利方面先后回应表示，这是公司基于业务发展需要而进行的正常调整，集度仍由百度和吉利共同持股，双方所持股份不变。
