Steps:

Use MSM tool to go back to A11.
Then update to 11.10.10 locally or through Oneplus OTA.

After updating to 11.10.10, it will notify you about new update of A12 C.47 CRAPPY ColorOS 12 (or different version of A12 depending on OP9Pro model you have).

Then Update to C.60 ColourOS 12.1. After successfully update to latest 12.1, unlock the bootloader with same cmd you used before as for A11.

Absolutely incorrect.

The required firmware (OS) is OOS12 and not ColorOS 12.1.

If by "Crappy Color OS12.1" you meant actually by any chance, OOS12, it's still incorrect as you need C48 build. C60 doesn't even exist on OOS12.

After installing C.47 it takes you directly to C.60 skipping C48.
And mentioned latest A12 firmware, so C.60 is latest firmware.
You choose to be on C.47 of A12 that's your choice.

Secondly, I meant ColorOS12 OR OOS12 all together crappy not just C.60 A12.1.

The developer stated that you need to be on the latest OOS12 build, so that's NOT COLOROS and not A12.1 either. Also, at the point of ROM build, the latest OOS12 available for the majority of users is C48. Where is C60 coming from? Also, don't attempt to flash this ROM over C60, whether you have the C60 build or not, bug reports won't be accepted based on that.

Also, if for some reason it's skipping builds for you, then manually flash the correct build, so C48.
