刷 HN 看到的新闻， 你在 GitHub 上的活动会触发一些成就，然后这些成就的徽章就会显示在你的个人主页上。
至于都有哪些成就徽章， 以及这些徽章如何获得，保密， 全都靠自己探索。
之前的代码保存计划算是其中一个，我刚才收到了另外一个， 就是当你有 PR 被 merge ， 会收到一个 Pull Shark 的徽章。
还有其他已经被激活的徽章吗， 发来瞅瞅？
