蓝鲸TMT频道5月16日讯，云从科技披露首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市的发行公告，确定发行价为15.37元/股。
公告显示，保荐机构（主承销商）通过上交所网下申购平台共收到154 家网下投资者管理的 4283个配售对象的初步询价报价信息，报价区间为 4.35 元/股-113.6元/股，拟申购数量总和为 951.133亿股。
公告称，本次发行股份数量为1.12亿股，占发行后该公司总股本的比例为 15.18%，全部为公开发行新股，该公司股东不进行公开发售股份，本次公开发行后总股本为7.41亿股。
