欧洲央行高级官员：欧盟可能会在四年内发行数字欧元，点对点支付或是首批用例之一
据 CoinDesk 报道，欧洲央行（ECB）高级官员 Fabio Panetta 周一在爱尔兰国家学院的一次活动上表示，欧盟可能会在四年内发行数字欧元，点对点支付可能是首批用例之一，然后再推广到其他领域，如商店或在线支付。
2021 年 10 月，欧洲央行启动了为期两年的调查阶段，研究优先考虑哪些用例等问题，目前尚未就是否发行做出最终决定。Panetta 此前曾表示，将于明年年底开始的实现阶段可能会持续三年。
