京东京造麒麟SSD开卖：国产主控＋国产闪存 1TB仅629元
国产SSD越来越丰富，京东自有品牌京造也加入其中，正式上架了新款麒麟系列。京东京造麒麟SSD采用了联芸22nm工艺主控方案、长江存储3D TLC闪存芯片，但没有给出具体详情。据京东客服透露，该SSD由江波龙代工。
标准的M.2 2280形态，标签纸上印有麒麟纹样，芯片表面贴有石墨片复合散热贴，单面设计，兼容性更好。
容量可选256GB、512TB、1TB，支持PCIe 3.0 x4、NVMe 1.4，顺序读取速度最高都是3.5GB/s，顺序写入最高分别是1.3GB/s、2.7GB/s、3.1GB/s。
五年质保，但写入寿命未公开。
价格方面，256GB 219元、512GB 369元、1TB 629元，现已开启预约，5月15日上午8点开售。
