近日，来自美国克莱姆森大学的研究人员发现，将姜黄素与金纳米粒子相结合创建的电极，能够将乙醇转化为电能所需要的能量减少100倍，可以生产更安全、更高效的乙醇燃料电池。这一发现将很好地推动生物燃料电池的发展。下一步，研究人员将扩大工艺规模，并寻找制造合作伙伴以商业化。相关研究已经发表在《纳米能源》杂志上。
