11月16日消息，上海镇宁菜市场是当地有名的「智慧菜市场」，现在，数字人民币也成为这一「智慧菜市场」的标配。「这是上海首家可以使用数字人民币进行支付的菜市场。」银联商务客户经理介绍，该菜市场由银联商务和淘菜猫联合进行智慧化建设，运用移动互联网、大数据等新技术手段，对传统农贸市场进行智慧化的升级改造。今年4月，银联商务在原有电子秤聚合支付系统的基础上，为这家菜市场新增了数字人民币支付功能。（经济日报）
