某个节点上面，某个 pod 重复创建了好多个，然后状态是 Evicted，然后导致节点负载很高
一般来说是磁盘空间，和内存导致的，但是我看了正常
我批量删除这些 Evicted 状态的 pod 之后，节点的负载就降下来了
