“双汇父子之争”新进展！万隆连任双汇发展董事长
持续两个多月的双汇“父子之争”近日又有了新进展。
8月31日晚间，双汇发展披露董事会决议，会议选举万隆为公司第八届董事会董事长，万隆次子万宏伟为公司第八届董事会副董事长。
这是继2021年8月12日万隆辞任双汇发展母公司万洲国际董事长后，又一重大人事变动，这意味着，万宏伟成为“接班人”已昭然若揭。
值得一提的是，自双汇发展第五届董事会以来，万隆已经连续当选4届董事会董事长了。
据了解双汇“父子之争”始于6月17日对“太子”万洪建的罢免，自双方争斗以来双汇发展的股价也遭受了明显的负面冲击。截至9月1日收盘，双汇发展报25.24元/股，自6月17日以来累计下跌了23.54%
