Hey folks 👋 Thank you @benln for the hunt!
I'm Tom, co-founder and CEO of Café. The way we work has changed for good, and we're all just beginning to figure out how to manage in-person office and remote work arrangements. We built Cafe to make your transition back to a hybrid work world simple and employee-centric.
🌱 How it started
After the lockdown, my older brother I, struggled to sync with our teams: we never knew when and where to meet. We created a spreadsheet so everybody could input their upcoming plans — but it failed, nobody used it.
So we talked to over 200 people, mostly HR and Workplace managers, and found that they also were struggling with the same thing. My brother and I then started Cafe to solve this new problem. Our ultimate mission is to connect people regardless of where they are and enable teams to be as creative and productive as possible.
😍 The solution
We believe that the **Hybrid model is here to stay** but people need visibility (like Office occupancy or Team attendance) to better schedule their in-office time.
As social creatures, water cooler conversations and brainstorming sessions are crucial for us to **feel connected** to our team and workplace.
We're building a powerful platform that **integrates with your favorite tools** (Slack, Google Calendar, HRIS). Empowering teams and coworkers to come together in their respective cities, offices, and even in Cafés.
✏️ How does it work?
It's simple: set your status for the week (🗽 NYC office, 🏡 WFH, 🏝 Not working) and find out who's where in the upcoming days.
🎁 Use the code **“PRODUCTHUNT”** to get 3 free months off!
We’d love to hear your feedback! I’ll be at Café all day answering your comments, but can also be reached on Twitter: @tom_nguy
Thanks, Tom & the Café team 🤗
