Looks smart. Now let's say user asked a question that the bot wasn't able to answer, or if the user wants human support instead, is it possible to route them to our support staffs? Is there a backend system to facilitate that? Also, do you have a mobile app?

@ken_moo good question! Yes, if the bot does not know the answer, then it says so and offers the customer the chance to be connected to human support. Live chat is built in and the bot-to-human handover comes out-of-the-box. So you if you have agents that are signed into live chat in alphachat.ai they will automatically get the chat from the customer. The cool thing is that the bot is able to monitor whether agents are online or not and acts accordingly - if agents are offline the bot will not suggest handover and rather triggers a feedback form and if agents are available the bot will proceed with handover. We do not have a mobile app as of now.
