优点互动宣布出售旗下Grapevine并向FNL Technologies注资

优点互动(IDEX.US)宣布将以现金和股票的形式向FNL Technologies (FNL)注资。

4月22日，资本邦了解到，4月21日，美股上市公司优点互动(IDEX.US)宣布将以现金和股票的形式向FNL Technologies (FNL)注资。

FNL将获得优点互动旗下Grapevine Logic，Inc.的100%股权，优点互动则可换得FNL约20%的所有权。

FNL拥有社交媒体平台Hoo.be，众多网红、艺术家、运动员、名人和企业都在使用它。
