26了，之前做工程管理的，项目上接触过一些运维的东西。现在想转行做程序员，有没有什么好的学习建议和职业生涯发展规划。
大学时学过C语言，工作之后自学了python，现在看教育机构想去学Java。
还有大家说的35岁以上的程序员送快递的，这种情况真的像媒体上说的那样普遍吗。
