中海油渤海湾油田发生着火事故

财新网周四报道，周一中海油天津分公司蓬莱19-3WHPV平台V29井在钻井过程中发生井涌，处置过程中井喷失控着火。平台共计102人，撤离99人，失踪三人。目前尚未找到失踪人员，平台火势仍未熄灭，灭火及搜救都在进行之中，平台上部设施严重损毁。中海油周五称，火已被扑灭，目前未发生原油泄漏，也未构成环境污染事件。中海油称，公司已经派出救援船、直升机和无人机全力搜救3名失踪人员，目前正集中力量进行人员搜救和后续处置，事故对今年产量最大影响约为0.6百万桶，约占全年产量的0.1%。
