Mattermost 推出了可以自己架設專案管理的工具 Focalboard，在 Hacker News 上可以看到討論：「Focalboard – a self-hosted alternative to Trello, Notion, and Asana (focalboard.com)」。
從界面上可以看出來抄 Notion 的專案部份，目前的功能還非常早期，沒有什麼整合能力... 然後從這個產品可以知道，這家公司應該就打算一直抄下去了 XD
從 GitHub 上的資料看起來是 Golang 與 Vue.js 寫的，設定裡看起來支援 PostgreSQL 與 SQLite。
預設的 telemetry 是開的 (在 config.json 裡面可以看到)，建議可以關掉...

在一台電腦上多畫面與多鍵盤滑鼠操作遊戲：Universal Split Screen
在 Hacker News Daily 上看到這款工具，可以在 Windows 上把拆出多個畫面，並且提供給不同的鍵盤與滑鼠使用：「Universal Split Screen」，而且是 open source 專案 (使用 MIT License)，程式碼在 UniversalSplitScreen/UniversalSplitScreen 這邊。 理論上只要不是太吃資源的遊戲，應該都適合這個方法搞 (從他列出來的遊戲列表看起來，似乎都不會太吃 CPU 與顯卡)。 另外在想是不是也可以拿給其他用途使用，像是 PuTTY 之類的程式？

在「VisiData」這篇看到的專案，專案的頁面在「A Swiss Army Chainsaw for Data」這邊，從 screenshot 可以看出來是 terminal 的檢視工具： 會注意到是因為支援 .xls： explore new datasets effortlessly, no matter the format: vd foo.json bar.csv baz.xls 在 SUPPORTED SOURCES 這邊可以看到完整的支援清單，居然連 pcap 也支援，不知道看起來如何 :o

Kubernetes 的失敗案例
有人把 Kubernetes (通常縮寫成「K8S」) 的失敗案例 (轉移失敗、爛掉、...) 整理到 GitHub 上：「Kubernetes Failure Stories」，裡面有文章也有演講影片，然後也有重複的公司在不同時間點說明。 先來講 K8S 好了，如果要粗略的解釋 K8S 是什麼東西，我會說就像是架一組 AWS 服務起來，但是是基於 container 而非 VM。 拿 AWS 的詞彙來說，他在上面疊了一層 Amazon VPC (會對應到 Kubernetes 的 overlay network 與 CNI)，然後也提供 AMI (透過 Docker Image) 與 EC2 (因為是比喻，這邊就拿 AMI + EC2 來對比)，還有基本的 ELB (各種 NodePort、HostPort 與 Ingress) 與 Service…
