消息称阿里将取消员工“361”考核制度，有员工抱怨压力大

紫金财经12月28日消息 近日，有消息称，阿里巴巴集团CPO童文红在内部论坛宣布，将取消强制“361”考核制度。阿里巴巴集团员工证实了该消息，但阿里巴巴表示不予回应。
阿里巴巴的绩效考核制度，将绩效评分标准整体按照“361”比重分配：3.75-5分的员工占30%，3.5-3.75分的员工占60%，3分-3.25分的员工占10%。如果员工年终绩效为3.25分或以下，则会被取消年终奖和晋升机会，连续2年绩效评分低于3.25就会面临被辞退。
此前有阿里员工发帖抱怨，361压力太大了，每天上班如上坟，杭州房价贵死了，我想去苏州微软。也有网友表示，在阿里，苦的是P7以下的，压力最大，最累，加班最多。（紫金财经综合）
