It seems to be an axiomatic rule of the universe that no one is is ever happy with connectivity when traveling. One tip that works fantastically well for improving your connectivity when traveling, however, is this:
Get Up Early
I'm writing this from DisneyWorld and I've had ok luck with connectivity so far during the day but the mornings have been just plain outstanding. I'm normally up by between 3 and 4 and what I have found is that connectivity is always best prior to 7 am. That's when people seem to get up and everything grinds to a halt. I've been up working now for about an hour and the wifi is just plain screaming along. I've watched 60 plus photos sync to DropBox while I started this post – its why I realized it.
