明年是我国现代化建设进程中具有特殊重要性的一年，做好经济工作意义重大。面对内外部不确定性，必须强化机遇意识、风险意识，牢牢把握经济工作主动权，全力巩固拓展疫情防控和经济社会发展成果，科学精准实施宏观政策，疫情以来各类非常规的扩张性政策可结合疫情进展适时稳中渐退，但也要保持足够的连续性和稳定性，进而确保“十四五”开好局，以优异成绩庆祝中国共产党成立100周年。
