1、升级到 3.1 版本，线上Demo已更新
2、模块初始化器接口 IModuleInitializer 的 ConfigureServices 方法添加环境变量参数
模块注入自己的服务时，经常需要用到环境变量，所以在 IModuleInitializer 的 ConfigureServices 的方法中，增加了环境变量参数，2.2 版本是 IHostingEnvironment，3.0 之后版本是 IHostEnvironment
3、Utils.Core 新增了一些帮助方法和扩展方法
前端
1、优化了系统配置结构
刚开始的系统配置项较少，所以全部放在了一起，随机功能的完善，系统配置项也就越来越多，所以为了更好的维护这些配置项，重新调整了系统配置结构，更加清晰明了，如图：
2、删除按钮 nm-button-delete 和批量删除按钮 button-delete-batch 添加 loading 效果以及添加删除失败事件 error
3、新增了一个全局混入的 loading 方法，用法如下：
this._openLoading('正在删除，请稍后...')
this._closeLoading()
3、新增前端开发环境说明文档前端开发环境
4、新增前端 Q&A 页面Q&A
任务调用模块(Quartz)
1、完善任务调度模块，新增了 HTTP 任务，现在可以定时调用接口了~
