4月1日，封面新闻记者从北京三星Note7炸机机主回先生处获悉：其起诉三星中国公司三倍赔偿爆炸的手机并涉嫌欺诈案，日前由广州市中级人民法院作出终审判决，维持原判。此前，该案在广州市越秀区人民法院一审，法院仅支持三星方面原价赔偿他被烧坏的笔记
