印版“饿了么”Zomato获蚂蚁金服2.1亿美元投资

据新浪科技报道，印度外卖巨头Zomato刚刚获得蚂蚁金服15.5亿印度卢比（2.1亿美元）的投资。该公司目前正在与Swiggy展开竞争，希望夺取更大的市场份额。此次注资后，Zomato母公司Info Edge的持股比例从30.91%降至27.68%。Zomato的估值也将因此从11亿美元上升到20亿美元左右，蚂蚁金服的持股比例将超过10%。
2013年，Zomato从红杉资本和已有的投资者当中融得了3700万美元。2015年9月，Zomato获淡马锡等领投的 6000 万美元。2018年3月，据路透社报道， Zomato 获得了来自阿里巴巴集团1.5亿美元的投资。据悉，Zomato投后估值超过了10亿美元。另外，作为本次交易的一部分，阿里巴巴旗下的蚂蚁金服也将会收购Zomato价值5000万美元的股份。
今年6月，有消息称 Zomato 正在寻求下一轮融资，计划融资 4 亿美元，并和 阿里巴巴 集团商洽，该轮融资可能让公司的投资前估值达 16-20 亿美元。9月份，有消息称，在这轮4亿美元的融资计划中，携程预计投资Zomato大约1亿美元。届时，Zomato公司估值已经达到18到20亿美元。
