据V2EX爆料，浙江电信已经大幅提升了各地宽带的上行传输速率。在此之前，许多百兆宽带用户都只有捉襟见肘的512KB/s（约4Mbps）左右的上行带宽。V2EX指出，根据工信部对家庭宽带产品配置规范要求，下行100M及以下的带宽需按照1:5配置上行和下行速率；下行100M以上带宽按照不低于30M配置上行。
