IMF 报告称中国收入不平等增加
国际货币基金组织（IMF）发布报告称美国、中国和印度收入不平等问题恶化值得关注。IMF 研究表明，至 2015 年左右，中国前 10% 的收入阶层占有全社会财富的超过 2/3，不平等程度接近美国。美国在 2015 年的基尼指数是 0.45，而根据胡润的报告，中国最富有的 2130 名富豪的财富总和达到了 2.6 万亿美元，与英国的经济总量相当。对于减少不平等，IMF 建议各国使用财政政策，使其在税收方面更具 “累进” 性质，并在支出方面扩大转移支付，发挥二次分配功能；一些国家可以考虑“全民基本收入”（UBI）；另外，应着重消除教育和医疗领域的不平等。
