小伙剐蹭奥迪遭索赔，网贷后自杀，该案将于4月10日在门头沟法院开庭审理。4月9日，法制晚报·看法新闻联系到原告张某某及其代理律师连蕊。2017年10月24日，在北京门头沟工作的张家某上班途中与一辆黑色奥迪A6发生剐蹭，随后，交警赶到现场对事故进行责任认定，责任认定书上显示：两车均为西向东行驶，张家某的电动车左侧与朱某奥迪车右前侧相撞，造成车辆损坏。张家某负全部责任。
