腾讯科技讯 据外媒报道，HTC宣布其股票将从本周四开始停牌。有台湾媒体近期称，这家陷入挣扎的智能手机厂商将被谷歌(微博)母公司Alphabet收购。
HTC周三向台湾证券交易所表示，由于需要公布重要信息，公司股票将停牌。不久之前，HTC宣布不会就被Alphabet收购的市场传闻置评。
据公司文件显示，HTC的智能手机销量在8月同比暴跌了逾50%。2011年，HTC在全球智能手机市场的份额高达约9%，但目前已跌至不足1%。
台湾媒体此前报道称，谷歌可能收购HTC的研发团队，甚至是整个集团。（编译/弘艺）
