【财新网】据中央纪委网站客户端消息，2017年10月8日，在中央反腐败协调小组国际追逃追赃工作办公室的统筹指导下，经云南省追逃办、省人民检察院扎实工作，成功规劝“百名红通人员”第27号郭欣回国投案。目前，“百名红通人员”已到案47人。
郭欣，女，1964年3月出生，原云南大学历史系副教授，涉嫌共同受贿及掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪，2010年8月逃往美国。国际刑警组织红色通缉令号码A-31187/12-2010。“天网”行动以来，云南省委高度重视反腐败国际追逃追赃工作，省委、省纪委领导亲自部署，逐案督办抓落实。省追逃办充分发挥协调机制作用，挂牌重点督办，省检察院成立专案组，扎实做好调查基础工作。在法律威慑和政策感召下，郭欣主动回国投案。（完）
