恒大股价年内涨幅超过500%，期权激励行权价与最新收盘价相当，表明公司高层看涨未来股价

时隔三年，中国恒大（ 03333.HK ）再次推行期权激励计划。据其10月6日盘后公告，中国恒大董事会决定向近8000名员工授出购股权，合计约7.44亿股。

　　这些员工均为中高层管理干部，总共7994人。截至6月底，中国恒大员工总数约为10.25万，获期权激励者约占7.8%。受激励员工可在未来十年内行权，未来五年内每年可行权20%获授予股票。

　　中国恒大此次期权激励行权价为30.20港元，与10月6日收盘价相当。这意味着，未来只有当股价高于30.20港元时，员工行权才能获利，这间接表明公司高层看涨未来股价。
