3月26日，中国高层发展论坛在北京举行。百度公司董事长兼CEO李彦宏发表了以“中国经济的新动能”为主题的讲话。李彦宏表示，过去中国经济的成长受益于互联网的发展，未来则需要人工智能的推动，“过去一年互联网经济的增长速度已经低于中国GDP的增速，人们上网时间也就3-4小时，种种迹象表明，互联网的成长需要新的动力，我们认为就是人工智能。”
