9月非农就业下降3.3万个，同时失业率降至17年新低，预计“矛盾信号”不会持久，美联储仍将在12月加息一次

正如美国央行预计的那样，今年夏季的几场灾难性飓风给美国最新就业数据带来扰动。各方普遍认为，这一季节性影响将很快消逝，美联储仍很可能在12月加息一次。
10月6日，美国劳工部劳动统计局发布数据显示，美国9月非农就业下降3.3万个，为2010年9月以来的首次负增长，也低于此前市场预期的增加9万个；家庭住户调查失业率下降0.2个百分点至4.2%，为2001年初以来的最低；同时，私营部门非农就业岗位平均时薪同比上升2.9%，为去年底以来的最高增速。
