美国 DDoS 朝鲜，俄罗斯伸出援助之手
美国国防部的网络战司令部据报道正对朝鲜侦察总局的网络基础设施发动 DDoS 攻击，报道称攻击将在上周六终止，而朝鲜的网络流量则从上周日开始路由经过俄罗斯的一家 ISP。此前朝鲜唯一的对外通信链路由中国联通提供，俄罗斯电信公司 TransTelekom 从周日平壤时间 5:30pm 起开始路由朝鲜流量，这条线路经过了朝鲜和俄罗斯之间的唯一通道友谊铁路大桥。根据 Dyn Research 的数据，新的线路提供了朝鲜网络超过半数的路由请求。
