过年前部门面试比较多，我也面了几个。不过都直接挂掉了。一般在最后，我会跟候选人沟通一下有哪些问题和待提高的点，面试一次不容易，也不太好让别人白来。这些改进点比较主观，和一般教大家速成的简历技巧和沟通技巧不一样，有些是可以短时间内提高，有些可能需要花更长时间思考
