在ubuntu16.04的vm中新加了一块网卡，但是不显示，用ifcnfig-a可以看到，执行$ifconfigens38up显示错误在网上查看可以重新安装vmtools来重新安装网卡驱动1、加载光驱$sudomkdir/mnt/cdrom$sudomount/dev/cdrom/mnt/cdrom2、转到临时目录，复制安装文件$cd/tmp$tarzxpf/mnt/cdrom/VMwareToo
