下边开始进入正题，首先来谈谈如何使用SharePoint Migration API进行文档库的迁移。 操作说明之前先来说下SharePoint Migration API他的大概功能，本身SharePoint Migration API其实已经有不短的时间了，但是实际上他能支持的功能是很有限的，他可以支持本地文件服务器或者是SharePoint 文档库到SharePoint Online的迁移，但是也仅仅限于文件的迁移，这点是非常关键的。比如文件的一些权限，文件夹的权限，历史版本记录，checkout的状态等等这些东西，不好意思，它都不支持
