韩国禁止 ICO
在中国之后，韩国也宣布禁止首次代币发行（ICO）。ICO 指发售类似比特币的 “代币” 为新业务融资。韩国金融服务委员会指出，涉及加密货币的刑事案件数量增加。该监管机构称，除 ICO 外，还将禁止代币保证金交易，即借钱购买虚拟货币。韩国金融服务委员会称，此类非法行为将受到严厉惩罚。韩国金融服务委员会表示担心 ICO 会导致欺诈交易，也担心这个市场会过热。虽然受到多个国家的打压，但 ICO 并没有停止扩张的脚步。
