澳中理事会主席史伟立对财新记者表示，对欲在澳投资基础设施的中国投资者，建议其尽早与外国投资审查委员会（FIRB）及关键基础设施中心沟通；最终93%的收购均获通过

　　【财新网】（记者 张琪）许多国家均设立了外国投资安全审查机制，来审查外国投资是否有损本国的国家利益或威胁国家安全。

　　但是，由于这种审查是以国家安全为考量，大多时候，审查机制不完全透明，也无义务知会外界其决策原因。因此，这往往会让外国投资者感到困扰。

　　在近日举行的中澳“一带一路”金融圆桌会上，一位来自中国大型农业国企的代表指出，希望澳大利亚把对外国投资的审查透明化，例如哪些行业或企业禁止投资，否则只能不断尝试和猜测，浪费时间和精力。
