golang版 mpush协议实现

1、可以直接使用mpush客户端连接，目前只实现了基本的通信，但是心跳部分要做处理。

2、待实现用户注册到路由功能

3、待实现服务发现与注册功能

4、请使用dev分支

5、欢迎大家一起fork优化改进
