英伟达宣布收购 Run:ai，为客户简化部署 AI 方案
英伟达日前宣布收购 Run:ai 公司，加大投入推进后者的产品路线图，整合相关资源到 Nvidia DGX Cloud 中，但目前并未披露具体的收购金额已经完成收购时间。
根据 TechCrunch 的说法，收购确切价格为 7 亿美元。
英伟达黄仁勋在新闻稿中表示：“Run:ai 公司自 2020 年以来，一直和英伟达保持紧密合作。两家公司有着共同的愿景，都热衷于帮助客户充分利用他们的基础设施，期待开启新的旅程”。
Run:ai 公司主要产品是基于 Kubernetes 的工作负载管理和编排软件，英伟达表示现在部署 AI 系统越来越复杂，工作负载分布在云、边缘和本地数据中心基础设施上，而 Run:ai 的解决方案可以解决这些问题，可以提高 GPU 利用率、改进 GPU 基础设施管理以及让开放架构更加灵活。
