OLED 候选继任者，QDEL 屏幕材质有望 2026 年商用
IT之家 4 月 25 日消息，谁来接棒有机发光二极管（OLED）屏幕技术？Micro-LED 或许是潜在继任者，不过业内共识是至少还需要 5 年才能商用。而另一个潜在继任者 QDEL 有望在 2026 年和普通消费者见面。
IT之家注：QDEL 全称是“Quantum Dot electroluminescent”，即量子点电致发光，和 Micro-LED 的主要区别在于光源。
QDEL 也称 NanoLED，是一种不需要背光的发射技术 - 电致发光量子点直接发光。这些 Q 点与高端 QD-OLED 中的 Q 点相同，但更亮、更便宜且出现烧屏问题的几率更低。
量子点供应商 Nanosys 多年来一直致力于该技术的研究。它的潜在品牌名称是 NanoLED，但在开发过程中曾使用过其他名称，包括 QD-EL、QD-LED、EL-QD 和 QLED。
Nanosys 目前将商业化该技术的窗口期定在 2026 年，但作为供应商，还需要由夏普、索尼和 LG 等制造商投产。
