计划有变 12.9英寸iPad Air将不会采用mini LED显示屏
据Display Supply Chain Consultants首席执行官兼分析师罗斯-杨（Ross Young）称，苹果即将推出的 12.9 英寸iPad Air将采用 LCD 显示屏，就像其较小的同胞兄弟一样。
本月早些时候，杨曾表示，更大尺寸的 iPad Air将采用 mini-LED 显示屏，就像目前同尺寸的iPad Pro一样。现有的 10.9 英寸 iPad Air 配备的是标准 LCD 面板，而 12.9 英寸机型改用 mini-LED 技术将为 HDR 内容提供更高的亮度、更深邃的黑色和更低的功耗等。他说，12.9 英寸 iPad Air 将使用 12.9 英寸 iPad Pro 剩余的 mini-LED 显示面板，而 10.9 英寸机型则坚持使用 LCD。
然而现在，他在 X（前身为Twitter）上向用户发表的一篇文章中说，由于面板成本高昂，尽管多个供应链消息来源都证实了这一点，但预计情况不会再是这样了。因此，两款 iPad Air 都将采用 LCD 显示屏，与预计将采用 OLED 显示屏的 iPad Pro 明确区分开来。
不过，杨补充说，2024 年第四季度苹果可能会推出配备 12.9 英寸 mini-LED 显示屏的新款iPad。据推测，这款设备可能是高端 iPad Air，也可能是低端 iPad Pro，或者完全是其他产品。新一代 iPad Air 和 iPad Pro 预计将在 5 月 7 日苹果公司的"Let loose"活动上发布。
