With everything lined up, he kicks off his tasks. His first job? Following the work list, he starts the first operation in the work list and also performs a 'Labor On' to start tracking time against the parts he is working on.

Mike's actual assembly work begins by referring to the 3D model work instructions. These instructions provide him with clear, step-by-step guidance through 3D models and animations on how to carry out each assembly operation.

After a stretch of work, Mike perform an 'Indirect Labor On' to start capturing time for a quick break for some required training. It's important to stay sharp and learn new skills!

Thankfully, no defect is found and the part passes inspection.

But, before completing the assembly operation, Mike logs some torque wrench tool usage in both quantity and time for traceability and calibration purposes.

But just when things seem smooth, Mike notices he's running out of material to continue his work.

No problem. He creates a downtime entry, citing "Lack of Materials" as the reason code.

Once the additional material arrives at his work center, Mike picks up where he left off.

As the shift draws to a close, he clocks out and heads home, knowing he's contributed to a day of efficient production.
