80核英特尔Granite Rapids-SP CPU曝光：672MB三级缓存、350W TDP
IT之家 3 月 30 日消息，消息源结城安穗-YuuKi_AnS 近日发布推文，分享一张 CPU-Z 截图，显示了具备 80 个核心的英特尔 Granite Rapids 至强处理器工程样品。
截图信息显示该处理器有 80 个内核，还配备了 672MB 三级缓存、2.5 GHz 最高频率和 350W TDP。
结城安穗-YuuKi_AnS 在后续推文中提醒，CPU-Z 当前版本还无法正确显示该处理器相关信息，实际上是 2 颗 Granite Rapids 样品，每颗都是 80 个核心、160 个线程。
假设除了线程之外，英特尔 Granite Rapids 至强处理器的其它规格都是正确的，那么相比较 Emerald Rapids 处理器，除了核心数量提升之外，L3 高速缓存也有明显扩充。IT之家附上截图如下：
这个缓存容量是英特尔 Sapphire Rapids CPU 的将近 6 倍，是英特尔 Emerald Rapids 旗舰芯片 Platinum 8592+ 的 2 倍。
根据 CPU-Z 信息显示，Granite Rapids 处理器还拥有 320MB 二级缓存和 10MB 一级缓存。
核心数量也大幅增加。与英特尔的旗舰产品 Emeral Rapids 8592+ CPU 相比，80 核 Granite Rapids 芯片的核心数增加了 20%，比其旗舰产品 Sapphire Rapids 的核心数增加了 25%。
