苹果最强自研芯片！M3 Ultra首度曝光
快科技3月29日消息，据媒体报道，苹果M3 Ultra是重新设计的芯片，而不是由两颗M3 Max拼接而成。
众所周知，上一代芯片M2 Ultra采用了UltraFusion架构，将两块M2 Max芯片拼接到一起，拥有1340亿个晶体管，比上一代M1 Ultra多出200亿个。
UltraFusion是苹果公司定制的封装技术，通过使用硅中介层将芯片与超过10000个信号连接起来，从而实现性能的巨大飞跃。
最新消息指出，苹果M3 Ultra不打算将两块M3 Max拼接起来，而是重新设计，这将是苹果史上最强悍的M系列芯片。
另外值得一提的是，苹果M3 Ultra采用台积电N3E工艺制程打造，这是苹果第一款N3E芯片，后续登场的A18系列也将会采用N3E节点，而M3、A17 Pro等芯片使用的是台积电N3B工艺。
这颗芯片由Mac Studio首发搭载，新品最快会在今年年中登场。
